The TruckShade was invented to provide a simple means of protection for truck owners.  We're always trying to improve the TruckShade to better meet the needs of the community.  If you're experiencing difficulties or something hasn't held up the way you expected it to, please call or email us at sales@truckshade.com prior to sending the TruckShade back to us.  If possible, we'll try to correct any problem you might have, but if for any reason you're still not happy with your TruckShade you can return it within 60 days of your purchase.  Please email us for return instructions and we'll make arrangements for your refund.
